HOW DOES IT WORK
The system will use your phone number as the sender of reminder messages. The patient will then receive a normal message and will also have the opportunity to respond.

FAQ
HOW DO I CREATE CUSTOM MESSAGE TEMPLATES?
To create custom message templates you have to go to settings and choose the “SMS Service” item in the menu.
Before setting up your templates, remember to check “custom sender” and make sure you have enough credit left to send your messages.
To create a custom message you have to give a name to the template you are creating and compose the message with the TAGs listed. Our system will replace the TAGs with the data of the patient who will receive the message.
Practical example:
Good morning [patient name], I remind you of the appointment on [date of visit]. Dr. Verdi.
Patient Mario Rossi will receive the following message:
Good morning Mario Rossi, I remind you of the appointment on 26 March 2021 at 15:00. Dr. Verdi.
