A patient is considered active if you perform a new operation or make a change in the patient’s data.

Within each month you have 30, 60, 90 or unlimited patients available depending on your membership plan.

What happens if you reach the maximum number of active patients foreseen  for the plan?

From the moment you reach the maximum number of active patients foreseen for your plan you will have to move to the next plan to continue entering appointments.

The cost you pay for the upgrade, will be equivalent to the difference between the monthly fee of the next plan and the monthly fee of your current plan multiplied by the total number of months remaining at the end of your annual subscription including the current month in which you decide to make the subscription Upgrade. This ensures a fair and proportional adjustment of fees when transitioning to a different subscription tier.

Let’s make an example:

You sign up for the Professional plan on 15 September 2021 and therefore pay €29.00 multiplied by 12 months. Until September 15, 2022 you have 90 active patients available each month. In January, while you are registering your February appointments, you exceed 90 available patients and then need to move to the next plan. The sum to be paid will be equivalent to the difference between the monthly fee of the next plan (Dragon €37.50) and the monthly fee of the current plan (Professional €29.00), multiplied by the months from January 2022 to September 2022 ( 9 months). The final sum to be paid will therefore be €76.50 + VAT.
